Brandi Carlile's Story...
Here is a video of Brandi Carlile's song The Story...you may have heard it over & over during the Olympics on some car commercial. Thought I would give her some credit before people accused her of selling out...more power to her. Her music is worth a listen...amazing vocalist. She can belt it out without sounding like she is screaming.

I've had a girl crush on Carlile since "what can i say", but I did shed a tear or two in the ICU when I was on call one night and heard "the story" on a buick commercial. I had been putting pressure on a groin laceration for 45 mintues, and I still died a little on the inside at the thought of her selling out. I can't deny her talent, and I can't wait for her next album, but I also hope I don't hear her belting it out for Kia anytime soon.
