As a long-time fan, I sort of hope they move away from the "American Radiohead" type music of "Ghost" and back towards the more roots rock music they made on "Being There". Live, they are a very impressive and accomplished band, but it gets old for me when every other songs ends up and a crescendo of feedback squall. I wish Nels would lock up his pedals and gadgets and just play the guitar. I doubt that this is where the next album is going, so I'll probably just need to be satified with the "Sunken Treasure" DVD.
